Doumbe tells Harut: “Prepare yourself, you are next"

  “Get ready, I’m coming,” is the message from the former welterweight champion to the current holder of the title belt.   Cedric Doumbé stopped Alan Scheinson at GLORY 55 NEW YORK on Friday night to go 2-0 with both wins by stoppage since losing to Alim Nabiyev at GLORY 51 and 3-1 since losing his title to Murthel Groenhart by way of a narrow decision at GLORY 44.   Groenhart then lost the belt to Grigorian at GLORY 50 and Grigorian has since mounted a successful defense of it, becoming at the same time the first fighter in GLORY to beat Alim Nabiyev.   “Look at my t-shirt: ‘Still The Champ.’” said Doumbé in his post-fight speech.   “I want to face Harut because he has my belt and I want my belt back. Harut, you are next - prepare yourself.”
