For the first time since 2019, GLORY kickboxing will bring its adrenaline pumping action back to French soil. GLORY 88 will take place September 9, live from the Dome de Paris right in the French capital.
Some of the biggest stars in kickboxing will compete on this card and there will also be a special qualifier for the historic GLORY Heavyweight Grand Prix. Tickets will go on sale very soon and fight fans can already register for the presale by clicking here.
In addition, GLORY will be teaming up with La Sueur Fighting Championship (LSFC), bringing together the rising talents of French kickboxing with global stars that will make this an unforgettable celebration of the sport.
"We are very happy to partner with GLORY to bring the biggest kickboxing event of the year for fight fans in Paris,” said Guillaume Duseaux, President of La Sueur. “It is a great opportunity to promote the sport and a great opportunity for French fighters as well. We cannot wait to announce the fight card and make this event a truly historic moment. As fight fans, the entire La Sueur is very honored to have the second edition of LSFC under the GLORY banner, and for the very first time in kickboxing."
“France is an integral market for us, and we’re looking forward to returning to the country for the first time since 2019,” said Jon Martone, GLORY’s EVP of Marketing. “Some of the biggest events in the history of the company have taken place on French soil, and we’re excited to add to that legacy at GLORY 88."
“We’re also thrilled to have the opportunity to team up with La Sueur and LSFC for this event,” added Martone. “They’ve done incredible things for the combat sports scene in France over the last few years, and we believe our collaboration will produce one of the best nights of combat French fans have ever witnessed."
